What to Expect
Asset Review
We approach every new project with a complete asset review conducted by our full-time team of researchers. We leave no stone unturned so that you as the landowner, are informed of the most feasible and valuable advertising opportunities available on any piece of property. Our team will conduct a comprehensive review of both the local and state sign ordinances and provide a full on-site evaluation. Seeing the property first-hand is an important component to conduct a full asset analysis that accurately reveals potential profit as well as potential challenges. All of this is then taken into close consideration as we develop out a proposal for your property.
Permitting
Once we come to an agreement for the development of your land, our team will handle all aspects of researching and securing the appropriate permitting necessary to build the desired advertising displays. Because permitting allowances and requirements are unique to every municipality, we take on the role of working through all of the inquiries and paperwork to reach a final resolution where every party is satisfied. For many landowners looking to add advertising revenue to their existing property, this can be the piece of the puzzle that becomes the most complicated. Land Lease
As part of our partnership, Premier Media will lease a portion of your property that is mutually agreed upon by both parties for the billboard installation. We respect your land like it is our own, making sure we maintain or add to the aesthetics of your property with how the billboard is designed and placed. We use only the highest quality products to build our advertising displays, so there is never a concern for our property owners as to how their finished space will look and function, or how it will be maintained during the term of the lease.
